Hermosa Property Management was chosen by Southern California Edison for the largest deployment of multifamily electric vehicle charging stations in all of Los Angeles County. Our management company currently has more than 100 electric vehicle charging stations spread across our apartment complexes in Redondo Beach. 

We continue working closely with Southern California Edison to roll out more charging stations in the coming year.

Charging stations add tremendous convenience for our residents, increase tenant satisfaction and support the transition to a more sustainable future.
